About Amanda Gore

When people feel different, they perform differently.

People work side by side, sit in the same meetings and scroll the same updates every day, and so many of them still feel unheard, unsafe and undervalued. Underneath every strategy and every new piece of technology sits a quieter problem: people feeling disconnected from each other.

What drives Amanda is helping people reconnect, with themselves and with each other. Her favorite moment is when a room of hundreds remembers that belonging is simple and human, and the whole place is laughing, motivated and feeling great about themselves.

Her story

It started with keeping people well.

Amanda Gore began her career in Australia with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy and a major in psychology. After 10 years of clinical practice, obsessed with keeping people well, she became a wellness consultant, working in ergonomics and occupational health. Along the way she grew more curious about something harder to measure: how people think, feel and treat each other, and the impact of stress on every part of work and life.

That curiosity turned into one question she has now spent 30+ years answering. What truly drives human behavior?

She still spends a third of every year studying neurolinguistics, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and quantum physics. Then she does the part most researchers skip: she turns the science into simple tools people can use at work and at home, starting that same afternoon.

People don’t change when they’re told to. They change when they feel safe and they understand what needs to change and why.

Amanda Gore JQ®

Joy, taught as a practical skill.

Everything Amanda has learned became Amanda Gore JQ®, her method for bringing joy into the way people lead, work and sell. At its heart is one simple truth: how people feel drives how they perform.

When leaders understand the emotional climate of their teams, and know what to do about it, trust grows, psychological safety grows, and people start to feel they truly belong. Amanda Gore JQ® has nothing to do with forced positivity. It creates workplaces where people feel safe enough, confident enough and valued enough to choose to be their best.

For organizations, that shows up where it counts. Engaged teams deliver 23% higher profitability (Gallup), and keeping good people gets a whole lot easier when they love who they work for.

Why now

Pressure isn’t going anywhere. How people handle it can change.

Change keeps speeding up. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how work gets done. Attention spans are shrinking, uncertainty impacts everyone, and emotional fatigue is rising in almost every sector. In today’s world, technical skill alone won’t carry a team. Self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a high Joy Quotient are what carry it.

When people feel psychologically safe and valued, they think more clearly, speak up sooner and take real ownership of results. That’s why Amanda’s work matters more now than when she started.

On stage

The heart and profit center of every business is how people feel.

Business has never been only about targets and click-throughs. It runs on perspectives: how people think, how they feel about themselves, and how they make others feel. How we feel about a relationship shapes every decision to invest in it, with customers, colleagues, clients and family. Trust is a feeling. We buy from people we like. We do business with people we like. We want to work with people we like. If you think about it, everything in business and in life is about feelings.

On stage Amanda is funny, engaging and completely interactive. People laugh while they learn new skills, and they leave feeling good about themselves, with a different belief about how rewarding their work can be and how to perform at their best.
