Recharge life batteries - part 2
Last week I wrote about the importance of highly unsaturated fats in our diet.
uDr Johanna Bugwig's research and her discovery about - for all vital functions and for the health status of all individual organsAnd that one of the most important sources of these HUF's is pure, unrefined, flaxseed oil, which when mixed with cottage cheese (a protein) is absorbed readily by our bodies.
Another reason for eating more HUFs is that they help our bodies process saturated fats. In other words, even if you stuff yourself full of grease, having appropriate levels of HUFs helps prevent the bad things saturated fats do to your body. (This does not mean you can adjust your diet so you eat only chips!)
There are two more factors we need to know about ot make sensible decisions about eating to live. The first is that to increase the shelf life of many commercially available food products that have used oil in their cooking process, the oil must be treated (hydrogenated) and preserved. This hydrogenation of fats and addition of preservatives act as 'respiratory poisons' which basically suffocates the cells and stops the recharging of our life batteries . Dr Budwig has research that she considers proves that flaxseed oil blended with cottage cheese allows the cells to breathe again. She suggests (very strongly) that we avoid eating foods with fats that have been treated to increase shelf life.
HUFs are essential for normal metabolism of fats (that is, how they are broken down). Correct metabolism of fats is critical for normal secretion of many glands in our bodies - she even suggests that the problem with diabetes is in the 'impairment of the fats metaboliam system and not ht of the conversion of sugar'. ( In laypeople's words if you have diabetes, try taking one tablespoon of flaxseed oil (per 45 kg body wieght) blended with a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese per day. Or it's critical for improving brain and nerve functioning in adults and especially children.
adn preventing coronary artery blockages; and hardening of the arteries. and improving sexual function and stopping cancer.
She's convinced me folks! I've got my whole family on this regime and any of my friends who keep talking to me! If you can't bear the taste of the combination, mix it with a little pure (froma heatlh food shop) honey. Hey, it's only one tablespoon a day - and it seems to affect our whole bodies and when you read her more extensive scientific research - you'll be convinced as well!
But wait - there's more! Our bodies are one giant electrochemical process. In other words, chemically generated electric currents make our hearts pump, our nerves send messages, our cells regenerates abnd reproduce, and our foods ot be metabolised. So our bodies are 'charged'. Like a car battery. HUFs are full of electrons which are the things that can (very simply put) recharge our life batteries as she says. something like flaxseed oil when mixed with cottage cheese releases lots of the electrons which make the fats very useful to individual cells in the daily renewal process of life. And beware foods with 'hidden saturated or treated fats' like cakes, biscuits, pastries, sausages adn lucheon meats!
or fat is not simply fat....or when fats can be good for youDr Johanna Budctions and for the health for renewal purposesfactors we need to know tocontain oil, heatedto preserve it. also the , which basically suffocated stop I explained in the previous article why that combination is so dynamic. impairment of the fats metabolism system and not one And thatNot to mention and function much like ne welectronic carsWe also have '' - a source of the power that drives us
SAny fat treated so that it will last - or not go rancid over time has the electrons destroyed by the preserving process. Electrons have a great attraction for oxygen and stimulate the 'breathing' of our whole bodies.
They are supposed to give us a feeling of wellbeing adn 'lightness'.
Whether a cell lives or dies appears to be determined by how fat and protein associate with it. Here's an interesting tidbit - the male sperm has over a thousand times more sulphurated protein (as in cottage cheese) than any other cell. The female ova has bucketloads of HUFs. At the instant of fertilisation, respiration of the cells increases a thousandfold (that is the cells start panting! and breathing in buckets of oxygen) and start reproducing. And wait - there's more!! Sunshine is a great source of electrons. Of course, the oil/protein combo is the ideal mechanism for storing the sun's energy/electrons. ho are stillor two s
So, to be optimally well, to maximize our human physiological potential (whew! that was a mouthful) we need to use fundamental nutrition - oil, protein, fruits and vegetables. And The Budwig way (which appears to be incredibly successful at preventing and fising cancer) is to eat one tablespoon of pure unrefined flaxseed oil per day (per 45 kg body weight) belnded well with similar quantities of cottage cheese ; avoid all shelf life products that have had oils treated to preserve them; and to up your intake of fruit and veges and get out in the sun for a short time most days. Sounds pretty easy for pretty big results! or yogurt or quark some of wellpolyunsaturated the oil must be refined or tto preserve it, otherwise they go rancid.usaturated oils saturates them! Palso added, Her research has been substianted by a number of American and European researchers. Look very carefully at the lists of ingredients.(PS margarine falls into this category - so if you thought you were being responsible and improving your heatlh by eating margarine, the latest research says 'stop using it now!)But wait - there's more! fats to be useful for the bodycertain forms of
theyare Other than that I guess Flaxseed oil is just your ordinary old stuff.I know you're thinking how can flaxseed oil be the elixir of life? Well, it's a massive source of alpha linolenic acid ( the omega 3 oils we knowhelp prevent heart disease) and linoleic acid ( omega 6 - another source of valuable fatty acids); when mised with sulphurated proteins like cottage cheese, yoghurt etc assists abnormal blood chemistries to return to normal; it can stimulate the immune system in certain levels; it increases vitamin D levels and increases the retention of calcium, magnesium ad phosphate; is high in lignans which have anti tumour properties (and have been linked ot low incidence of breast and colon cancer); has high levels of antioxidants; moderately high levels of flax compared to the same level of oat bran were better at lowering triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL and had favourable effects on insulin activity. This data is from research by the American National Cancer Institute in a 1990 $20.5 million dollar resesarch program.
And that's not all it does! messages, our cells regenerateto electrically and function much likecharge our life batteries as Dr BudwigF (or HUFs) xed with cottage cheese releaseand I assume a similar effect occurs in normal cells when they are fed the flax/protein mixture
still So make sure you spend time in the sun (with sunscreen of course) to gather up all those little battery chargers!(.)
