Wake Up to the Magic of You!

Mindset & Self-Love Health & Wellbeing

If you have never had a particular blood test called 'dark field microscopy' then I would recommend you find someone who does it and look with awe and wonder at your amazing blood! We found a wonderful lady called Maria who is passionate about the magic our bodies can do - given the right foods and activities!  I have been having these blood tests done for years but Maria has a great way of making it exciting!

Imagine seeing your own red and white blood cells actually moving as they stay alive for a short time after she takes the pin prick of blood. From one drop she can tell you about the state of your digestion, colon, liver, kidneys, immune system and just about every other organ and then give you natural and smart ways to improve your health.

Apart from the magic of seeing your blood live instantly, it made me think about not just the magic of our blood and how it works but also of the intelligence of what invisible forces keep all our body systems going! What makes your heart start beating?  No one really knows what triggers those teeny little hearts!

If that's not enough to make you feel awe about the magic of you, how about your immune system? It is constantly on alert and killing off foreign invadors - and only when cancer cells or viruses are smart enough to fool it, do we get sick. Nothing outside of our bodies is that clever or ever vigilant!

And what about our hearts and minds? In a primitive culture, if the witchdoctor 'points the bone ' at a perfectly helathy person who BELIEVES that the witchdoctor has the power to kill them by pointing the bone, that perfectly healthy person will be dead in 3 days.  So we have enormous control of our lives with our beliefs. Did you know that cellular biologists know that we can turn genes on and off with OUR PERCEPTIONS and BELIEFS?

It isn't just our amazing physiology that is magic!  Its our hearts and minds and the 'etheric' part of us - our spirit and soul.

Any of us can change long held behavioral patterns if someone tells us a story that touches our hearts! We can change our feelings in a heartbeat - if we are told a story that is meaningful for us.

Think about compassion, love, joy, fear, hope, forgiveness.....all these extraordinary feelings that humans can have. From where do they come?

Our hearts generate a magnetic field that goes out 6 feet from our bodies - and if you have an angry heart - you can change the brain waves of a person within that 6 feet!  so if you can do that with anger imaging what you can do with a heart full of love or compassion!

Your spirit - the human spirit - is capable of lifting cars off people, of creating global movements and changes, inspire thousands and change countries.

I believe every human has a pilot light inside their hearts and it represents our spirit. And every one of us has the capacity to IGNITE someone elses spirit or to FOOF them out like we blow out a candle flame!

Your mission should you choose to accept it - is to see the spirit - the magic - of everyone around you INCLUDING YOURSELF - and to be a spirit igniter and not a foofer!

Foofers are cynical, pessimistic, think of themselves as 'realistic' as they stamp out other people's dreams!, unhappy and see the downside of everything.

Forget foofing!  Become a spirit igniter! Unleash the magic in you and others!

Fear and What to Do With It

A popular saying in America for years has been 'feel the fear and do it anyway. There's even a book called that. The theme behind the saying is common - if you are scared of something, walk up to it, meet it head on and…
